START WITH WHAT’S GETTING IN THE WAY

Small obstacles.
Important moments.

Someone is deciding whether to contact you. We help make that decision easier.

01

“Where do I click?”

Make phone numbers, service areas and quote requests easy to find on a small screen.

02

“That link doesn’t work.”

Investigate a specific broken page, button or form and agree on what a successful repair means.

03

“Is this still the right information?”

Bring services, project photos and contact details up to date, with a clearer layout when needed.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF HELP

A repair, a fresh start,

Start with the problem. We’ll recommend a scope that fits it. Every project gets a written quote before you pay.

A SIMPLE WAY TO GET IT SORTED

Know what happens next.

You keep control of your domain, your accounts and the decision to proceed.

  1. 01

    Show us the website.

Send the URL and what you’d like to improve. We review the fit and clarify access, content and platform constraints.

  2. 02

    Approve a fixed scope.

You receive deliverables, price, payment terms and a timeline. Work starts once the scope and initial payment are agreed.

  3. 03

    Review. Approve. Launch.

Review the changes before launch. We check the agreed customer journey and hand over the work. Care is your choice.

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

Clear from
the beginning.

Can you repair my existing website?

Often, yes. We first check the platform, the issue and the access available. If a repair isn’t practical, we’ll explain the options before quoting a rebuild. Malware recovery, complex ecommerce and custom business applications require a separate assessment.

Do I have to pay monthly?

No. Repairs and rebuilds are available as one-time projects. Care is a separate optional service with written scope and cancellation terms. Essential third-party hosting or software may still have their own charges.

Will I own my website?

You retain your domain and business accounts. Our agreement specifies the work you receive, the handover and any third-party licenses. We don’t require a care subscription to release completed, paid-for work.

How long will it take?

We confirm the schedule after inspecting the issue and agreeing on content, access and scope. Simple repairs can be much smaller than a full rebuild. We don’t promise a launch date before checking those dependencies.

How does payment work?

After you approve the written scope, we provide a Stripe-hosted invoice. Small repairs are generally paid upfront. Rebuilds typically use a 50% deposit and a balance after acceptance, before launch. Refund, cancellation and acceptance terms are set out in your project agreement.

Will a new website guarantee more leads?

No. Traffic, reputation, demand and follow-up all matter. We agree on website improvements we can deliver and verify, without promising a particular number of leads or search rankings.
